- FREE small, instructional weight training clinic open to all MWR Family Focus card holders ages 13 and up (fitness centers youth policy applies). Class will focus on essential training cues and techniques for an optimized state of fitness. Machines, free weights and cardio will be utilized. The MWR Family Focus Card program grants Families of currently deployed service members access to different MWR discounts. Supporting our Families during deployments is of utmost importance to us. Our focus is on providing a backdrop for you to create meaningful experiences, even when your Service Member is down range.
Registration for cards (key fobs) will be offered at Readiness fairs, LTS and select MWR special events starting in April 2023. Copy of deployment orders and military ID will be required.
