You must sign-up and pay for classes on WebTrac. Classes are $3 each, held at various times during the week and weekend. 10-Class Fitness Passes are available for $25. Please remember to bring proof of payment to class. When you first create your account, allow up to 24 hours for your account to be created. If you do not receive an e-mail after 24 hours, then please contact the WebTrac administrator.

- DoD Civilian Retirees

Effective 1 April, 2024
DoD civilian retirees are authorized access to all MWR fitness centers by registering their driver's license in one easy step:
1) Bring a copy of your SF-50 (GS) or DA Form 3434 (NAF) as proof of retirement along with driver's license to the front desk of any of the fitness centers within regular business hours.
Your information will be entered into our system and voila! All you'll need to do for access to the facility is scan your driver's license.
If you don't have access to these forms, obtain them online through MyBiz or in person at the personnel office.
Please note that 0600-0800, Mon-Fri is PT for active duty only.
ARMY FITNESS & NUTRITION - LIVING UP TO A HIGHER STANDARD
Because a Soldier's level of physical fitness has a direct impact on his or her combat readiness, a Soldier in the U.S. Army must be mentally and physically fit. Not only are physically fit Soldiers essential to the Army, they are also more likely to have enjoyable, productive lives. The renewed nationwide interest in fitness is accompanied by several research studies on the effects of regular participation in sound physical fitness programs. The overwhelming conclusion is that proper exercise programs enhance a person's quality of life, improve productivity, and bring about positive physical and mental changes.

Tominac Fitness Center offers an extensive array of equipment and classes to give you the workout you're looking for to help achieve strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance and body composition.
In accordance with Division SM guidance, all soldiers are required be in PT uniform between the hours of 0630 and 0800, NO civilian attire in the Fitness Centers.
