To enhance efficiency and improve the overall customer experience, several of our facilities now operate in a cashless payment environment.
Cashless transactions help reduce wait times, support smoother operations during peak hours, and limit the need for handling and storing physical currency. This approach also aligns with security-focused practices commonly used across Army installations.
Cashless payment systems are increasingly standard across Army and DoD facilities and are widely used at leisure and entertainment venues nationwide. These systems support modern, reliable operations while providing a consistent and convenient payment experience for our customers.
We have carefully evaluated each facility before making this transition. Only locations where cash transactions account for less than 10% of total sales are operating cashless. Facilities that will continue to accept cash include:
