AN OFFICIAL ARMY FAMILY AND MWR SITE

HIIT Classes - Caro Fitness Center

Starting October 1, 2024, come out to Caro Fitness Center and take our HIIT Classes!

HIIT Classes will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Caro from 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.

Whether you're a fitness expert or just trying HIIT out, all fitness levels are welcome!

Cost

Cost is $5 per class or $45 for 10 classes. Max 15 people per class.
