Get ready for an unforgettable outdoor experience on one of Georgia’s most scenic waterways! Join Outdoor Recreation for a guided paddle along the beautiful, “tea-colored” Canoochee River on Saturday, May 16th from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Participants will meet at Holbrook Recreation Area (Bldg. 8325) before launching into a morning adventure perfect for all skill levels. This early start not only helps you beat the heat, but also offers the best chance to spot local wildlife, including alligators, birds, and other native species.
You’ll enjoy a fully supported trip. Registration includes a kayak, paddle, personal flotation device (PFD), and shuttle service. Experienced guides will lead the way, helping you navigate the winding river while building your confidence on the water.
