Before participating in Instructional Programs, families must complete CYS registration and provide:
- A current physical (within one year)
- A health assessment
- Immunization records
How to Register for Sports at Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield
1. Make an Appointment at Parent Central Services

To streamline the process and save you time, review the instructions and complete the forms before making your visit to Parent Central Services.
Call either Fort Stewart's or Hunter Army Airfield's Parent Central Services to make an appointment.
Good news! Once you're registered at one installation, you'll already be registered at the other!
