DoD Civilian Retirees

Effective 1 April, 2024

DoD civilian retirees are authorized access to all MWR fitness centers by registering their driver's license in one easy step:

1) Bring a copy of your SF-50 (GS) or DA Form 3434 (NAF) as proof of retirement along with driver's license to the front desk of any of the fitness centers within regular business hours.

Your information will be entered into our system and voila! All you'll need to do for access to the facility is scan your driver's license.

If you don't have access to these forms, obtain them online through MyBiz or in person at the personnel office.

Please note that 0600-0800, Mon-Fri is PT for active duty only.
