Starter
- A maple Bourbon pecan Salad- Mixed greens topped with sugared bourbon pecans, chopped apples, feta cheese & drizzled with bourbon vinagrette
Main Course - Choose from 1 of 3 steak entrees
- Brisket w/ sweet potatoes & Corn Salsa
- Bacon Wrapped Filet served with duchess potatoes and garlic roasted asparagus
- Sliced prime Rib served with roasted potato coins, green beans and topped with bourbon battered fried onions
Dessert
- Deconstructed SMORE with bourbon Cream
