1LT George P. Hays Library is celebrating Read Across America Week & Dr. Seuss's birthday! Come and join us from March 4 to March 8, 2024, at 3:30 p.m.
Each day, the library will be presenting a special story time, some fun, and wacky giveaways each day!
Hays Library will have the following themes/story time books for the week:
Monday, March 4: Moody Monday
- Wear your favorite pajamas!
- Story: I Am Not Going to Get Up Today!
Tuesday, March 5: Two Fish Tuesday
- Dress in red or blue!
- Story: One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish
Wednesday, March 6: Green Eggs & Ham Wednesday
- Wear green!
- Story: Green Eggs & Ham
Thursday, March 7: Thing Thursday
- Dress like a twin or dress like a Thing!
- Story: The Cat in the Hat
Friday, March 8: Cat in the Hat Friday
- Dress like The Cat and wear your best hat!
- Story: The Cat in the Hat Comes Back
