Register Now!It's time to come out and show us what you've got at our annual Functional Fitness Challenge! Join us at Caro Gym on Saturday, September 28, starting at 8AM! This event will take place outside of Caro Gym at the Beaver Fitness Complex.
The Functional Fitness Challenge consists of three workouts. Contestants will be placed into age categories (40 years and under and 41 years and above). Each contestant must complete each workout. See list below.
