Do you have a Promotion Board or Soldier of the Month Board coming up but want to practice before the real deal? Great news, BOSS is hosting BOSS Boards every second Wednesday of the month to help you prepare before being asking the hard questions from senior leadership.
Participants will review the MOI and have the opportunity to practice board-style questioning, improve their bearing and gain a better understanding of what to expect before appearing before the real promotion or recognition board! The goal is to help you feel prepared, confident and ready to represent yourself as best as possible!
