A 30 Minute outdoor running group, designed to be a fun way to get outside and to improve cardiovascular health. The group will meet at Youth Sports and Fitness center, Bldg 7160. This class is weather permitting - please contact us before coming.
- Chidlren 12+ may attend class without a parent/guardian.
- Children 12 and under, must be under direct supervision of a parent/guardian.
- Permitting space, parents are welcome to join classes with their child.
- All participants must be CYS registered.
