High Intensity Interval Training | Quick and intense burst of exercise, followed by short recovery period. All fitness levels are welcome.
- Chidlren 12+ may attend class without a parent/guardian.
- Children 12 and under, must be under direct supervision of a parent/guardian.
- Permitting space, parents are welcome to join classes with their child.
- All participants must be CYS registered.
