Push yourself to the limits with a fun indoor/outdoor training session that combines cardio and strength training. Session includes tire flips, battle ropes, and weights.
- Chidlren 12+ may attend class without a parent/guardian.
- Children 12 and under, must be under direct supervision of a parent/guardian.
- Permitting space, parents are welcome to join classes with their child.
- All participants must be CYS registered.
