A class designed specifically for moms with strollers or young children to be able to get in an orgnized and well-rounded workout.
Classes can rnage from HIIT (Hight Intensity Inerval Training) to Circuit Training.
- Chidlren 12+ may attend class without a parent/guardian.
- Children 12 and under, must be under direct supervision of a parent/guardian.
- Permitting space, parents are welcome to join classes with their child.
- All participants must be CYS registered.
