Functional Fitness classes are designed to help train and dvelopyour muscles for everday activities. Exercise spans from running, jumping, weight lifting, flipping heaby objects, overhead throw and more.
- Chidlren 12+ may attend class without a parent/guardian.
- Children 12 and under, must be under direct supervision of a parent/guardian.
- Permitting space, parents are welcome to join classes with their child.
- All participants must be CYS registered.
